A report from Bloomberg suggests that the Bugatti 16C Galibier sedan has been approved for production.

The report suggests that power will come from the same 1,001 horsepower W16 that’s found in the Veyron, although other rumours have previously said that the engine will be stripped down to just two turbos, bringing power down to 800 horsepower. Pricing is said to begin at 1 million Euros, or about $1.4 million USD.

Deliveries will reportedly begin in 2013 or 2014, after Bugatti updates their production facility to accommodate the Galibier.
