Ssangyong, a Korean manufacturer famous for making some of the most hideous cars in the world, has been in some big trouble recently, but still expects to release their C200 crossover sometime in 2010.
Ssangyong has gone through several weeks of strikes at one of their factories in South Korea, and they have been under Korean bankruptcy protection for some time now.
Nonetheless, Ssangyong is confident they will be able to release the C200 some time in 2010. It was originally planned to be released at the Frankfurt Motor Show last September, but the recent company problems forced them to delay their plans. Now though, they claim that they should be able to get out of bankruptcy, and the strikes are over, so they’ve got more time to focus on the car. Judging by the concept, it should be quite good looking.
