It might not be the full-on RS or ST we’ve been waiting for, but Ford has announced the new Fiesta Sport+.
The new car will come with a choice of either a 118 bhp 1.6 Duratec petrol engine or a 94bhp 1.6 Duratorq TDCi diesel engine, both of which are currently available in the Zetec S.
The Sport+ features a new bodykit consisting of a new front bumper, side skirts and rear spoiler as well as new 17″ alloy wheels on the petrol car and a 16″ version on the diesel.
The new Fiesta is available in only two colours: blue with white stripes or white with blue stripes. It will only come as a three door and will only be sold in European markets. Release date and prices are still to be announced.
