Yesterday word was leaked on GTRBlog.com that Cosworth is working on the development of a pre-tuned VR38 crate engine.

Not much has been specified about the engine apart from the fact that Cosworth is working on it, and even that was revealed only after some members of GTRBlog guessed correctly. We will follow this closely as it develops.
