Mahindra has terminated their deal with US importer Global Vehicles.

This news comes less than a week after Mahindra received EPA certification for their pickups, making the future of Mahindra in the US seem bleak once again. Moreover, it is unknown whether or not Mahindra will be able to terminate the deal without a court fight.

Mahindra hasn’t announced any action to replace their importer, but we’re hoping that they can sort this out soon and get those pickup trucks into the US.
