Lamborghini has given the green light for production of the Estoque sedan.

Previous reports suggested that plans for the Estoque were canceled, and there were then reports that an SUV would instead become the third model in Lamborghini’s lineup. However, Lamborghini CEO Stephan Winkelmann has told Autocar that the Estoque is coming, and that there will be no SUV.

“We really have a choice when it comes to an additional model: an SUV or a four-seat four-door. And for me the SUV is a no-go. It doesn’t exist in our price segment, and it’s not a real luxury car,” said Winkelmann.
