With the nomination of Olivier Francois as Chrysler brand manager, the appearance of a Chrysler-badged Lancia Delta in the US seems likely.

For those of you who don’t know, Olivier Francois was, before being nominated Chrysler brand manager, the head of Lancia. The Delta seems like a car which could meet the needs of the US market, making it’s appearance here even more likely. It would also help improve Chrysler’s image. The car would be positioned below the Sebring.

I’m personally not a big fan of the car, so I’m not really looking forward to this.
