BMW has hit a production milestone of 5,555,555 5 Series built since the 5 Series first launched in 1972.

The lucky car was a 525d xDrive Touring. It will be donated to the Bavarian Forest National Park. The car has been given the livery of the national park.

There’s also a bit of BMW advertising on the rear door as you can see in the second picture. This is quite a milestone, and I congratulate BMW.
