The Mazda2 will make its North American debut at the Los Angeles Auto Show in early December.

The Mazda2 is known as the Mazda Demios in the Japanese domestic market. It shares its architecture with the Ford Fiesta, which will go on sale in North America during the spring of 2010, while the Mazda begins sales in late 2010 in the U.S. and Canada as a 2011 model.

It looks like it could make a good car for young drivers, and we’re looking forward to its arrival.
