Mopar will be unveiling at least four “Moparized” (Their word, not ours) vehicles at the upcoming Easter Jeep Safari.
They have said there will be a “truck-load” of them, and they’ve also released sketches of four of them, which you can see in the gallery below. They actually look pretty cool, especially the Ram. They are called, in order from left to right: the Jeep Wrangler J7, Jeep Patriot Extreme, Jeep Wrangler Trail Boss and Ram Power Wagon.
The Wrangler J7 is based off of a four-door Wrangler, and is “designed to have the basic appeal of military-issued vehicles.”
The Patriot Extreme is a Sunburst Orange Patriot with plenty of off-road equipment, including Jeep’s Trail Rated off-road package, a 2-inch Rocky Road Outfitters lift kit, TJ ‘Moab’ 16-inch wheels, and BF Goodrich KM2 tires. Also, the front and rear fascias receive rock rails and there is a roof-mounted snowboard carrier. The interior receives Mopar slush mats and Kicker audio.
The Wrangler Trail Boss is based off the two-door Wrangler Rubicon, and it is “built for serious off-road duty.”
Lastly, the Ram Power Wagon is claimed to be “the full-size pickup truck of choice in a range of off-road situations”, but no specific details are revealed. We’ll report when more details are announced.
