Morgan says that they are planning to launch two new models within the next three years.

While they’re being quite secretive about one, saying simply that it will be a “fun weekend vehicle”, they have let out a few details on the second one.

It will be called the LIFEcar 2, and it will be an electric-diesel hybrid sportscar, with a claimed range of over 1000 miles.

Now that doesn’t sound terribly exciting if I’m honest, but luckily, they’re promising that the other car will be “more extreme, with real entertainment value”. Morgan is likely producing the hybrid in an attempt to comply with tightening emissions regulations. We’ll be on the look out for more details on these cars.
