Belgian automaker Gillet has unveiled their new and improved version of the Vertigo: the Vertigo.5 Spirit.
This new Vertigo gets a 4.2L V8 sourced from Maserati, developing 420 hp and hooked up to a six-speed sequential gearbox. Combined with a weight of 990 kg, this thing should be very quick.
To make sure it handles the bends, it’s got a rigid carbon monoshell chassis, double wishbone suspension on all four corners and AP Racing disc brakes.
No official performance figures have been released, but the previous model got from 0-60 mph in just 3.3 seconds, so this should be mind-bogglingly quick.
