The Lamborghini Murcielago successor will reportedly be called the Aventador LP700-4, and not the Jota as previously thought.
This is in all likeliness true, as Lamborghini trademarked the Aventador name last August.
A presentation in Sant’Agata Bolognese yesterday unveiled the car to a select group of people. A source which attended says the car looks very similar to the Reventon, with some Gallardo LP560-4 cues as well. Power will come from a 700-horsepower V12, helping propel it from 0 to 100 kph in just 2.9 seconds. Judging by the LP700-4 name, it will have AWD just like its predecessor.
