An order guide for the upcoming Lamborghini Murcielago successor has been leaked.
While initial reports thought it would be named the Jota, it was later suggested that the Aventador LP700-4 nameplate had been chosen. However, the order guide simply refers to it as the LP700-4. We can only guess which one of these nameplates will remain when the car is launched.
Until then, we have this order guide to give us an idea of what the car will be like. Using Lamborghini’s new 6.5L V12 and seven-speed ISR gearbox, it will get from 0 to 100 kph in just 2.9 seconds, and on to a top speed of 350 kph. As with most recent Lamborghinis, it will put its power down through a Haldex four-wheel-drive system. Despite Lamborghini’s recent focus on lightweight cars, the Murcielago successor still weighs 1,575 kg.
