Audi S7 may debut in Paris, decision on TT RS for the US soon to be made

Autoblog is reporting a rumour that the Audi S7 will be making its debut in Paris, and that a decision on the TT RS for the US market will be made soon.

The S7 will likely be powered by a version of the upcoming Bentley Continental GT 4.0L V8. The engine will reportedly be direct-injected and turbocharged. It will be connected to Audi’s seven speed S Tronic double clutch transmission, and possibly a six-speed manual. It’s unknown whether or not the car will make it to the US.

As for the TT RS, Audi USA has been lobbying the head honchos in Germany for the car ever since it was released. They’ve even organized media drives and created a Facebook petition. A final decision on the importation of the car is reportedly due in the next couple of days, so we’ll be on the look out.
