Donkervoort has released a teaser for an upcoming car, called the D8 GTO, in a Christmas card.

While our source is Dutch and the translation is rather poor, it appears to suggest that the D8 GTO will have a new chassis, with a frame made of a mix of carbon composite and steel. Audi has reportedly played a role in development, likely providing the 2.5L inline-five engine from the TT RS.

The car should be making its world premiere at the Geneva Motor Show in March.
