Fenix Automotive reveals teaser shots and more details on upcoming supercar

More Details on Lee Noble's New Supercar

Lee Noble has revealed more details about his upcoming supercar.

The company under which this supercar will be sold is called Fenix Automotive. It’s his own company.

The car will be powered by a mid-mounted V8 and will reach 100mph in less than 7 seconds, a remarkable figure (The mph isn’t a typo, I don’t mean kph). This remarkable performance will cost less than £75,000 (About 125,000 USD). He is promising that the car will offer performance that you usually have to spend well over £100,000 to experience. It will be a closed body two-seater.

He also says that it will be refined enough for road use and very practical both for track and road use thanks to a special feature which will be revealed nearer to the car’s launch. More details and pictures will be revealed in early 2010. It has been in development since 2008.

The car will go on sale by the end of next year, and I’m looking forward to it. Lee Noble will be focusing on having close contact with the customer this time around. Loss of contact with the customer was why he sold Noble, and he doesn’t plan to make that mistake this time. Part of this is limiting the volume to 100 cars a year.
