An Italian newspaper is reporting that a Chrysler badged Lancia will be shown at the upcoming North American International Auto Show (Also known as the Detroit Auto Show).

This will be the first Fiat-Chrysler joint project. The car will be a concept only, as Lancias haven’t been made to comply with US safety standards. Presumably it will grow into a production model eventually.

There were rumours some time ago of a Chrylser-badged Lancia Delta, so this could be what’s coming. The auto show will be opening next month, so we’ll find out soon enough.
