It’s been 30 years since the legendary Audi quattro made its debut. The car gave Audi a solid reputation for AWD vehicles, and it only makes sense that Audi would celebrate its 30th anniversary, so they’ve prepared quite the celebration: the quattro concept, revealed at the Paris Motor Show today.
After a successful Facebook petition and great media reception, Audi has decided that the TT RS will be making its way to the US in Q3 2011.
Autoblog is reporting a rumour that the Audi S7 will be making its debut in Paris, and that a decision on the TT RS for the US market will be made soon.
I like living in Canada. It’s a nice country and all. Now, I have yet another reason to like it here: Canada will be getting the Audi TT RS (Albeit in limited numbers), as well as a RWD variant of the BMW X1 (Although I’m not really excited about the BMW as much as I am about the TT RS).
Horchaus, the Canadian distributor for MTM, has been given permission by Audi to import Europe-only Audis into North America. The cars in question are the RS4 Avant, RS4 Convertible, S3, RS6 and RS6 Avant, Q7 V12 TDI and TT RS.
The World Car of the Year jury has announced their top 10 finalists for 2010. The top 3 will be announced in Geneva, while the actual awards will be given out at the New York International Auto Show.
The Audi TT-RS is one of my all time favourite cars. I don’t know why, but I love it. Now, the crazy men at Avus Performance have gone and made it even better.
