Porsche has rolled out the new Cayenne at the Geneva Motor Show. It uses a design language similar to the Panamera.
So then, it’s a new year, but it’s also the dawn of a new decade (Admittedly, it has been for almost two months now, but a series of articles like this takes some time). Word on the street is that Porsche will be entering a hybrid in the 24 Hours of Nürburgring this May.
The biggest car producer in the world, Volkswagen, has announced that it has no more interest in expanding, therefore buying other brands. After purchasing a 19.9% stake in Suzuki and a 49.9% stake in Porsche in the last months, VW’s CEO Martin Winterkorn said that he has no more intentions of acquiring stakes in other brands.
So then, you voted for Car of the Year awards, and we’re organizing them.
The next generation Porsche Cayenne has been spotted almost undisguised. By the looks of things, it will remain every bit as hideous.
The car will be adopting a more street focused setup, with bits meant for off-roading being scrapped in favour of a lighter and more responsive car.
